AMAR NASEER

Director & Company Secretary, Unilever Pakistan Limited

Mr. Amar Naseer holds Masters of Law in International Business Law from University College London, UK. Mr. Naseer also earned Chevening Scholarship, UK in 1997 and UNDP Scholarship in 1991. He has also successfully went through Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Amar has also completed course in Computer Science from World Trade Institute, New York, USA.

Mr. Amar has 25 years of experience in the area of finance, law and regularity, brands protection, industrial relations, corporate affairs, systems development and taxation. Currently, he has been associated with the Unilever Pakistan Limited as Director and Company Secretary. During his career, he had been associated with the Pakistan Banking Council, Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan, Ernst & Young (Middle East), Unilever Mashreq Group (Egypt). He is also affiliated with the IBA as Visiting Faculty and Trainer for Director's Training Program on Corporate Governance of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Mr. Amar presented technical paper on IP & Globalization at the Supreme Court's International Judicial Conference 2006. He was also the Lead Speaker at CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accountants) regional CFO Forum in Sri Lanka on Crisis Management in 2012 and also represented the Brands Protection Group (ACIF - www.acif.org.pk) to showcase industry initiative against counterfeiting and piracy at the WIPO International Conference in Geneva, 2007.

LEON MENEZES

Professor-of-Practice, IBA

Leon is a senior HR professional and one of Pakistan's most prominent speakers and writers on HR, Leadership and Personal Empowerment. He is currently Professor-of-Practice at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi where he teaches Management and Strategic HR. Leon is a graduate from the University of Hull, UK, and has around 40 years of work experience in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Customer Services in a variety of industries. He also served on the Board of Shell Pakistan Limited. In the later part of his career, he was involved with mega change projects and also facilitated Coaching and Organizational Effectiveness courses in Oman and Malaysia.

He is a certified Director and facilitator for Corporate Governance, Leadership and Coaching. Apart from work, Leon is well-known for his articles in The Friday Times, DAWN and other publications, as well as his radio and TV programs. His personal interests are yoga philosophy and golf. He is also an accomplished musician and stage actor.

SHAH M. SAAD HUSAIN

GM Corporate Affairs, PARCO

Mr. Husain holds MS Eng. from USA and MBA from IBA. He has 37 years of experience being senior management in Engineering, Project Management, HR, Marketing, and Corporate Planning including GM Corporate Affairs, Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (a JV of Abu Dhabi and Pakistan) since 2008 heading HR, Administration, Lands, CSR and Corporate Communications. He has been associated for 10 years with Indus Motor Company, JV of Toyota Motor Corporation, as Director Marketing, Director HR, and Director Corporate Planning. 10 years as GM Pakistan, BHP Billiton, the largest Australian Company. 4 years as GM Pakistan, British Petroleum, the largest British Company. Member, Board of Directors, Pakistan Steel.

Mr. Shah has been associated with IBA and CBM within the capacity of visiting faculty for the past 28 years. Mr. Shah has been active in conducting courses at PIQC, PIM, NIPA and LUMS with special focus on General Management, HR, Japanese Management and marketing.
