CEE-IBA organized a customized two-day

The Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi organized a customized two-day "Sales Masterclass" for K-Electric on February 24 & 25, 2020. The objective of this workshop was to ensure that K-Electric 'New Connections' sales professionals have the required selling skills and tools to strengthen their customer relationships, which would ultimately help them boost sales.

KE - New Connections is a new department facing significant operational challenges.

Following were the key benefits achieved from this workshop:

1. KE supervisors gained clarity on their goals, objectives, job roles & responsibilities.
2. Developing an action plan to address pressing issues impacting the overall performance.
3. Learning sales strategies and skills specific to utilities industry.

Moreover, the session also helped identify a road map for developing a customized sales management & development program for K-Electric, ensuring optimal performance from the New Connections Sales & Business Development team on a continual basis. The workshop provided both the scientific theory and principal behind the strategies as well as practical steps in implementing the strategies during sales.
