Introduction
The IBA - Alternative Dispute Resolution International Center (IBA - ADRIC) is a nationally and internationally recognized ADR center. It is certified by the respective High Courts of Pakistan and the Ministry of Law and Justice. Internationally, the center is recognized and has been in collaboration with the Singapore International Mediation Center (SIMC), the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and the Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation. The IBA - Alternative Dispute Resolution International Center (IBA - ADRIC) is also supported by and engages in technical assistance with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), U.S. Department of Commerce.
IBA - Alternative Dispute Resolution International Center (IBA - ADRIC) an ADR Center with a three-pronged approach: raising awareness about ADR, capacity building and training, and facilitating dispute resolution. The center works closely with the judiciary of Pakistan to advance these objectives.
