ADRIC Heritage

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, through its Center for Executive Education (CEE), has launched the IBA Alternative Dispute Resolution International Center (IBA ADRIC). This initiative aims to promote mediation as an effective means of resolving disputes, particularly in the civil and commercial sectors. Inspired by the Harvard Negotiation Project, IBA ADRIC focuses on negotiation and conflict resolution.

Our Mission

IBA ADRIC seeks to implement both court-based and non-court-based practices of dispute resolution and negotiation. Our efforts include working on real-world disputes, improving conflict intervention methods, providing education and training, and disseminating conflict resolution techniques and practices.
