CEE at the IBA Karachi organized a guest speaker session for students enrolled in PGD SCM. Mr. Muhammad Zubair Kamboh, Director Plant Operations – Martin Dow Ltd addressed the class as the honorable Guest Speaker. Mr. Abdul Rahim Suriya, visiting Faculty, IBA Karachi was invited to present the plaque to the speaker.
He shared valuable insights on "Financial Management of Industrial Operations" with the professionals pf PGD SCM. His session included the significance of effective management of financial KPIs in manufacturing sector to safeguard profitability and growth of the organization. He also discussed ways to optimize Direct Cost, Factory Overhead and their impact on company P&L. Towards the end, the impact of surge in utility cost and Forex rate on manufacturing sector in Pakistan were also debated.
