February 29 to March 4, 2022: Center for Executive Education at the IBA, Karachi hosted a customized training, Certificate in Leadership and Public Financial Management, for the Officers of Government of KPK in Lahore.
The pressure on leaders today is relentless in terms of expectations from customers, external suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders. An array of managerial and interpersonal skills is needed as a leader to cope with daily pressures and still ensure favorable results. This program was specifically designed to help participants learn the art and science of high-performance leadership and make them more effective leaders, driving results through effective public financial management.
Officers of Grade 18 to 16 attended the training program. The participants were from different departments of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Merged Areas). The training was organized by the Governance and Policy Project (merged areas), Govt. of KPK
