August 04 & 05, 2023: The Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA hosted a customized training on Company Secretary Masterclass, a program for Karachi Shipyard.
The objective of this course is to review current legislation and best practice with regard to corporate governance so that these may inform board functioning. The board will be supported in its role by the Company Secretary. It is key therefore that the Company Secretary understands his/ her role fully.
