November 17 & 18, 2023: The Center for Executive Education at IBA, Karachi, conducted a Customized Training program for Samba Bank Limited on Discovering Leadership Through Self Analysis.
This workshop helped individuals to cultivate self-awareness, recognize their leadership competencies, refine communication, and decision-making skills. Attendees crafted personal leadership visions and action plans, fostering collaborative team dynamics and integrating ethical leadership principles.
