December 11, 2023: The Center for Executive Education at IBA, in collaboration with the University of Sialkot hosted a one-day workshop on "Ease of Doing Family Managed Business" in Sialkot.
This session was conducted by Dr. Ishrat Husain, Professor Emeritus IBA.
The workshop was attended by Sialkot's multiple business owners and their children at University of Sialkot. In this interactive session, various areas of family business management were discussed, including structure, corporatization, conflict causes and resolution, and good governance. This was CEE's first workshop conducted in Sialkot, thereby showing the institution's progressive vision and approach.
