IBA City Campus, Karachi, January 14, 2024 - The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) City Campus had the honour of hosting Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed Mirza, Executive Director and Chief Prosecutor, Head of Division, Prosecution & Legal Affairs at the Security Exchange of Pakistan (SECP), for an insightful Guest Speaker Session on the topic of "Corporate Litigation: The Regulator Perspective."
The session, organized by the Center for Executive Education (CEE) at IBA Karachi, took place on January 14, 2024. Mr. Mirza's expertise and wealth of experience provided students of the Diploma in Corporate Laws with valuable insights into the nuances of corporate litigation from a regulator's standpoint.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Rahat Aziz, Lead Faculty of the Diploma in Corporate Laws, who introduced Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed Mirza as the distinguished guest speaker. Mr. Aziz then invited Mr. Mirza to share his expertise and knowledge with the eager audience.
The interactive session allowed participants to engage in a lively Question and Answer segment at the end, where they had the opportunity to pose inquiries directly to Mr. Mirza. This exchange further enriched the learning experience for all in attendance.
Mr. Khalilullah Shaikh, Faculty Member of the Diploma in Corporate Laws, expressed gratitude on behalf of the institution and presented a vote of thanks to Mr. Mirza, acknowledging his valuable contributions to the session. A memento was also presented to Mr. Mirza as a token of appreciation.
