The Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA, Karachi successfully organized a two-day training program on "Discovering Leadership through Self Analysis" on September 28 & 29, 2022 at IBA City Campus.
This program focused on the different aspects of leadership behavior, personality & styles. Other important leadership areas, including communication skills, emotionality, decision making and use of power, were also covered.
The trainer, Dr. Khurram Sharif is a Marketing Professor at Qatar University. He actively engaged participants in various physical activities using Legos and balloons. Several psychometric tests, including Briggs Myers Assessment, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, Leadership Style Profiling and Machiavellian Tendencies were utilized to gauge leadership within participants. In general, the training facilitated participants in discovering their leadership landscape.
