November 14 to 17, 2023: The Center for Executive Education at IBA, Karachi, hosted a workshop on Project Management.
The objective of this course was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding on the fundamentals of project management, along with knowledge of diverse tools and agile methodologies. Additionally, it focused on exploring risk management, public procurement, and strategies for large-scale projects.
