IBA-CEE conducted the NextGen Edge – Integrated Risk Management Enterprise, Supply Chain & HSE Excellence program for 35 Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) of OGDC from June 1–5, 2026, at NIBAF, Islamabad.
As part of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited - OGDC's commitment to nurturing future leaders, the program provided participants with practical insights into risk management, supply chain excellence, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices—equipping them to navigate complex organizational challenges with confidence.
Led by Faisal Jalal and Rameez Khalid, PhD, the sessions fostered collaborative learning, critical thinking, and real-world application, enabling participants to strengthen their professional capabilities and leadership potential.
