June 19 - July 17, 2021: Skills Development Program at the CEE organized a second batch of an online training program, Transitional Managers Toolkit. The program comprises of 5 modules exclusively designed for new managers & technical executives that are aspiring to step into management.
Facilitated by an exceedingly talented and energetic trainer, Mr. Mohsin Ahmed Bhatti, the program provided a unique blend of the most important skills required for executives taking up management positions.
It gave them an insight to the management world with the help of case studies that indulged them towards being excellent managers and team leads. The training was highly interactive with loads of activities, discussions, and real-life examples.
