August 30 to September 10, 2021: A 10-day customized Advance Leadership Development Program was organized by Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi for Qism al Tahfeez Program, Mahad al Zahra Aljamia tus Saifiyah for the Bohra Community.
This was an advance leadership module in continuation for a program already delivered to the same participants in 2019. The participants were from different parts of the world including USA, Africa, Middle East, India & UAE. Many of them in leadership positions running non-profit Bohra institutions or departments.
The program was focused on different aspects of leadership, finance, emotional intelligence and strategy development. This was a customized training with a comprehensive diagnostics study before the program. The study involved frequent discussions between team CEE, the program trainers, and the Bohra community leaders.
