February 19, 2021: The Family Managed Business Program at the Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi, organized a webinar on "Women in Family Business" on 19th February, 2021 with Ms. Naila Shahzada, Assistant Professor, DHA Suffa University.
The speaker discussed the role of women in a family business. She emphasized the need for facilitating the participation of women in the family business. Ms. Naila also shared her induction into her father's business.
The webinar was curated by Aysha Anas Iftikhar, Academic Director, Family Managed Business Program and hosted by an IBA student Ms. Romesa Razzaq
