September 19, 2023: The Center for Executive Education (CEE) at #IBAinIslamabad hosted a workshop on "KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Essentials" at NIBAF, Islamabad. 

Following were the key learning points of this workshop:

  1. Applying best practice techniques to KPI selection
  2. Document KPIs
  3. Select relevant KPIs
  4. Structure the data-gathering process
  5. Practice making decisions based on data
