October 28, 2022: Mr. Kamran has an elaborative as well as distinguished 18 years career in Executive Education, Corporate Engagement and Business Development. Previously he was Head of Training, New Ventures & SMEs at PICG. Previously, he served at the IBA from 2011 to 2017, following his passion for Marketing, Education, and Learning Development. He has since executed hundreds of projects including designing, developing, and implementing programs and collaterals to facilitate leadership and management education faculty. He has vast experience in formulating and hosting over 1000 trainings with more than 20000 participants including Boards and Senior Leaders. He has also engaged the alumni network of IoBM and Dow University bringing value to both alumni and the institute.
He has brought the experience of emerging executive education, alumni network engagement, global collaborations, learning and development, skill development, business strategies, incubation, and customer engagement. With his ability to communicate with both internal and external clients and capture requirements, he excels at hosting powerful engagements, while effectively driving project analysis and modifications to better meet the needs.
He has introduced various leadership development programs for Top Leadership in collaboration with some of the world's leading institutions that include a host of known names/brands like Institute of Directors UK, INSEAD, Indian School of Business, SP Jain School of Global Management, Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, and PMI USA. Some of his notable career clients have included Armed Forces, Senate of Pakistan, Federal and Provincial Government Departments, USAID, Atlas Group, Engro Corporation, State Bank of Pakistan, HBL, AKDN, PPL, and many notable Family Businesses.
Kamran holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Karachi, and MSc in Marketing from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. He is trained in Executive Education Management, Leadership, Strategy and Innovation Development, Global Standards 1 (GS1) and Effective Management of Trainings.
