IBA-CEE PGD Program Office organized a full day CPFR Simulation session, moderated by Mr. Faisal Jalal on April-10, 2022. Dr. Rameez Khalid was also present. Participants were separated into two supply chain teams Alpha and Beta. Participants were rigorously involved in the session via observing order forecasts, timely deliveries, week-by-week lead times, excess stocks, and stock-outs. Main highlight of the session was the agreement of CPFR between all the stages of the supply chains. Mr. Moiz Ahmed Tamimi, Ms. Saba Hameed (PGD-Coordinators) and Mr. Asif (VC Room Incharge) assisted in the arrangement & smooth planning of this session. PGD Program office at IBA Karachi is intending to plan more simulations to augment experimental learning routes in the program. The event concluded with an evaluation session with PGD-SCM and PM participants who applauded witnessing the significance of partnership/integration in SCM.
