In a rapidly evolving business landscape, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations have moved from the periphery of board discussions to the heart of corporate strategy. This intensive three-day program equips board directors and C-suite executives with the knowledge, tools, and foresight to transform ESG obligations into a source of competitive advantage.
Participants will explore global frameworks, practical governance models, and strategic ESG integration techniques, while examining their board’s current ESG readiness. Case studies, board simulations, and interactive discussions will guide participants toward embedding sustainability into long-term value creation.
