January 23 to 25, 2024: The Center for Executive Education at IBA, Karachi, conducted a workshop on ‘Operational Excellence’
The objective of this course was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of Operational Excellence and broaden their horizons through theories, real-time cases, and examples. The workshop led participants to enhance their ability and implementation of daily operations.
