August 2, 2023: The Center for Executive Education (CEE) at the IBA, Karachi inked MoU with Pak-Qatar Takaful Group, Pakistan's Pioneer and the Largest Takaful Group.
The primary aim of this MoU is to establish a collaborative partnership and enhance academic cooperation between Pak-Qatar Takaful Group and IBA CEE. During the signing ceremony, Dr. Akbar Zaidi, Director of IBA, expressed his hopes for a fruitful collaboration and warmly welcomed Pak-Qatar Takaful Group to the IBA community.
Mr. Azeem Iqbal Pirani, CEO of Pak-Qatar Family Takaful, also acknowledged the significance of IBA within the academic community in Pakistan and the region. He emphasized the desire to work together to leverage IBA's brand and name for the benefit of reaching a broader society and disseminating knowledge. Mr. Kamran Bilgrami, Director Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA, Karachi, explained the essence of IBA Executive Education and how the newly established collaboration, IBA CEE (IBA and Pak-Qatar Takaful Center for Executive Education), would benefit the employees of Pak-Qatar Takaful in upskilling.
IBA CEE is a leading organizational and leadership development center in Pakistan that focuses on providing high-quality executive development programs to professionals across various industries and verticals. These programs are designed to equip executives with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their respective roles and contribute effectively to the growth of their organizations.
The newly formed #IBACEE partnership between IBA CEE and Pak-Qatar Takaful aims to create a unique platform for employees of Pak-Qatar Takaful, offering them exclusive access to specialized executive education opportunities.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Kamran Ali Khan, Faizan Ul Latif Khan from Pak Qatar Takaful and representatives from IBA CEE Furqan Taimoor, Kehkashan Mazhar, Muhammad Abdul Rehman, Yamna Mustafa, Abdul Karim, Ashar Siddiqui, Kashir Uddin, Farooq Ayub, and Saba Hameed.
