August 10, 2023: The Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA conducted Management Development Program (Leadership Module) at City Campus, IBA Karachi
The leadership module in this training was designed to equip leaders with essential skills necessary for driving high performance. It encompassed various critical topics, including understanding the purpose, role, and best practices of leadership. Participants explored mindsets and leadership styles that may hinder effectiveness while learning how to create and lead effective teams.
The program also delved into leading change within one's business unit, adapting to leadership challenges in changing times, and adopting agile leadership practices. Additionally, it emphasized coaching techniques for optimizing team performance, as well as the art of persuasion and influence to garner support and commitment. Conflict management, trust-building, effective idea execution, and the establishment of win-win partnerships and improved work processes were also key components of the program.
