The purpose of the course is to provide progressive organizations with insight of latest productivity tools used in Maintenance Management. The program focuses on Proactive Maintenance practices. Proactive Maintenance Management gives a company the ability to prolong the life of critical business assets in the most cost-effective manner by preventing unexpected breakdowns, enhancing availability and reliability, increasing life of assets, reducing life-cycle cost, and enabling the job to be done in a safe manner, by selecting the best-in-class maintenance technique for each group of assets. The techniques discussed in the course are covered in a way that it can easily be understood. The learning can easily be implemented, regardless the size and type of company; from a small business setup to a large factory, oil refinery, or any other setup. Maintenance planning, an often-neglected area, is covered in the course along with methods of cost reduction and maintenance process improvements. Best practices in Maintenance Management is the focal point of the program. The course proceeds step-wise and starts with the concept of managing people, using lean techniques in maintenance, problem-solving methodologies, etc. Essentials of maintenance planning, spare parts management, CMMS, etc. are included in the discussion. Coverage is also given to the latest instruments in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic technique, oil analysis, and laser alignment of machinery. Participants are also introduced to augmented reality, creating and using maintenance dashboards, linking KPIs to dashboards, etc. The course is specially designed for business leaders involved in production, maintenance, or other endeavors related to factory management and who are desirous of improving their performance.
The foundation of the course is laid down fromindustry inputs and feedbacks. It adopts a practical approach to addressing most common issues faced by industry personnel. Participants are guided with step-by-step procedure moving from traditional to world class maintenance. Lean practices have emerged from the auto-industry and are now applicable in all areas of human endeavor, including maintenance management. All progressive organizations throughout the world are using Lean. Organizations not using lean practices in maintenance will be left far behind in the competitive market of today. This course uplifts the performance of maintenance personnel by providing step-wise guidance on implementing lean in maintenance.
By the end of the course, each participant is expected to have a clear understanding of World Class MaintenanceManagement. After learning the latest tools and techniques, each participant is in a better position to enhance his/her productivity and becomes well-aware of problem-solving tools used in maintenance management. Participants will learn about how augmented reality helps in fine-tuning the preventive maintenance program. Technical jargon has been avoided, wherever possible, to make the learning process easy. The course is time-tested and has become very popular, with excellent feedback from participants. Intensive use of audio-visual aids makes learning both effective and enjoying.

Postponement
Due to any unavoidable circumstances, the workshop may be postponed by the institute. In case of postponement, the institute will refund full fee of the program or the participant may opt to defer his/her registration to the next program.
Substitute
Substitutes will be taken at least 2 days prior to the workshop. Should we be unable to accept your application for any reason, your payment (cheque/draft) will be returned to you.
Deferrals
All registrations deferrals must be requested in writing at least 2 days prior to the workshop. Send a note to the Program Registration Team indicating that you wish to have your registration deferred to another session of the same program within one year. The deposited fee will be carried forward. Please note that only one transfer is permitted. After one year, the deposited fee will be fully forfeited.
