Islamabad, February 23rd, 2024: The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, successfully concluded the 8th cohort of the Learning Excellence for Accelerated Progression (LEAP) program.
Organized by CEE at IBA in Islamabad, this intensive two-week program equipped 30 talented OGDCL officers from diverse departments with the necessary skills to excel in their leadership roles. Participants honed their leadership practices, emotional intelligence, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities through interactive sessions and engaging activities, including a unique LEGO Serious Play module.
The program was led by a team of distinguished facilitators: Dr. Hilal Anwar Butt, Dr. Khurram Jehangir Sharif, Dr. Sharjeel Hasnie, Dr. Asad Ilyas, Barrister Mahreen Khan, Dr. Rameez Khalid, and Mr. Salman Shahzad.
A grand certificate distribution ceremony marked the program's culmination, with esteemed leaders from OGDCL, including Mr. Talat Haider, Mr. Kamran Bilgrami, and Mr. Bilal Ahmed Syed, gracing the occasion.
Mr. Talat Haider and Mr. Kamran Bilgrami commended the LEAP program's potential to empower OGDCL officers with vital leadership skills and knowledge. They expressed confidence that the program will shape these officers into exemplary leaders within OGDCL and the broader industry.
