January 13, 2024 - The Center for Executive Education (CEE) at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi hosted a vibrant and informative orientation ceremony for participants enrolled in the Diploma Programs. The ceremony, held at the IBA City Campus, brought together students and faculty members for an engaging and insightful kickoff to their academic journey.
Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rehman, Program Lead of Diploma Programs, served as the Master of Ceremonies and extended a warm welcome to all attendees, including the esteemed faculty and staff of the university. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rehman, setting a solemn tone for the event.
The participants, representing the Diploma in Strategic Marketing, Diploma in Taxation, Diploma in Employment Laws and Industrial Relations, and Diploma in Strategic Real Estate Management, stood united for the National Anthem, underscoring the diversity and unity within the cohort.
Mr. Furqan Tamoor, Senior Manager at CEE, took the stage for an introduction to CEE, highlighting its programs, history, and achievements. Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rehman then guided the participants through a comprehensive presentation, providing insights into the diploma programs, university regulations, and the overall schedule.
An interactive Q&A session followed, where Mr. Rehman addressed queries from the participants, ensuring clarity on various aspects of the programs.
Mr. Rizwan Khan, Lead Faculty of Diploma in Strategic Real Estate Management, welcomed the participants, emphasizing the importance of their academic journey and the wealth of knowledge they would gain.
Mr. Kamran Bilgrami, Director of CEE, addressed the gathering, motivating and encouraging the participants to make the most of their learning experience.
Ms. Shehreena Amin, Senior Manager Quality Assurance at CEE, extended gratitude with a thank-you note, expressing appreciation for the enthusiasm and commitment shown by the participants.
The event continued with a guided campus tour led by Mr. Rehman, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the facilities and environment. A group photograph was taken to capture the memorable occasion, featuring participants, faculty, and staff of CEE-IBA, along with Director CEE.
Following the ceremony, participants engaged in a networking lunch, fostering connections and friendships within the cohort. Subsequently, participants were ushered into their respective classes by the dedicated team from the diploma program at CEE.
Regular classes commenced with teachers introducing course outlines and understanding participant expectations, marking the official initiation of their academic journey.
