The sixth batch of Diploma in Family Managed Business has commenced with the aim to help family businesses
The 4-month weekend Diploma covers family dynamics, family business governance, people management, marketing, accounting, and finance and operations management. The program architecture and curriculum has been developed after close consultation with leading family business members. The faculty comprises primarily of members of family businesses, having a strong grip on family issues and business issues. Through the program participants experience several learning and transformation interventions such as immersion exercises, cases, role plays, eminent guest speakers and industrial visits.
The capstone project for the program is a live "Business Improvement or diversification Plan" developed with the input of a family business mentor and faculty. After successful completion participants are also eligible for additional certification in "Business Fundamentals "offered by the Asian Institute of Family Managed Business (AIFMB) led by Prof. Dr. Parimal Merchant (Director Global Family Managed Business Program, SP Jain Global Management School).
