29 May to 1 June, 2023: The Center for Executive Education #CEE at IBA Karachi hosted a four-day workshop on ‘Supply Chain Management: Unleash the Power of Effective Supply Chain Decisions’
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Rameez Khalid & Mr. Faisal Jalal, IBA’s leading faculty on supply chain management (SCM), strategy, and decision sciences. The program presented powerful tools to influence actions and impact outcomes. It also offered an interdisciplinary approach to managing supply chains and leading effective operations. The prime feature of the workshop was its immersive learning experience as two simulations were played. Participants were pushed to play their roles and achieve their team's objectives. Supply chain finance, financial SCM, and the latest trends in SCM came under thorough discussions. We wish the participants all the best in employing the learned concepts and tools and helping their supply chains new heights.
