Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA, Karachi organized a seminar on "Digital Innovation for the Next Generation of Customers" held on April 27, 2017 at JS Auditorium IBA City Campus. The objective of this particular seminar was to share experiences with the audience on 'Transforming organizations through digital innovation and inculcate a culture of innovation across employees, partners, and customers.'
This was a high energy, stimulating and pragmatic seminar introduced to the latest digital technology trends and the landscape of global businesses and how large corporations, family businesses, and start-ups can partner and gear their organizations, culture and the foundations of technology to serve the next generation of customers.
Mr. Javaid Iqbal was the Lead Presenter & Moderator. Mr. Iqbal is a Digital Futurist, a C-Suite Advisor, a Global Inspirational Speaker and an Educator who for the past two decades has been helping businesses and governments across North America, Europe and Asia transform and achieve objectives through the use of disruptive and innovative technologies. He recently served as a Customer Engagement and Success Leader at Salesforce in North America and is now a co-founder of transformx.io, a global digital transformation consultancy focusing on innovation in the customer space.
Mr. Ghias Khan, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Engro Corporation Limited, Mr. Junaid Iqbal, the Managing Director of Careem Pakistan and Mr. Asad Abdulla, the Group CIO of International Brands Limited (IBL), attended the seminar as the guests. They contributed to the seminar by sharing some real life examples and talked about the future of Digital Innovation for the next generation of customers.
Seminar presenters also quoted the latest facts, figures, response rates and more when presenting at seminar. Participants learnt about innovations such as technology enhancements for digital innovation, new online marketing techniques such as remarketing and new retail marketing methods such as interactive kiosks. Seminars that presented response rates and ROI analysis which helped the participants in understanding the latest trends in costs and responses to benchmark their own marketing and innovation efforts. Their presence made this event more significant.
