Senior Leadership Program: A customized program for Pakistan Petroleum Limited

The Center for Executive Education hosted a two module – four days program for the senior leadership of PPL. The first module was held on April 9 & 10, 2018 and the second module was held on April 23 & 24, 2018.

The first module was covered by Nausherwan Akram & Steve Kelsey from London and the second module was covered by Prof. Dr. Shailendra Raj Mehta, President and Director, MICA and Distinguished Professor for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at MICA, Ahmedabad.

The program covered the aspects from the PPL Leadership competency framework. Overall the program was focused to the different aspects of leadership on general management level. The program was customized for PPL with a comprehensive Diagnostics Study before the program. This study involves Team CEE and Faculty meet-ups and focus groups and interviews with MD and Senior Management of PPL. To further customize the program a pre-program survey was also taken from the program participants. A total of 29 participants attended the program.

PPL also hosted a dinner in the honor of Faculty, Participants and distinguished guests. The dinner was attended by Dr. Farrukh Iqbal, Dean & Director, IBA, Karachi & the Managing Director PPL Mr. Wamiq Bokhari.
