CEE-SDP Conducts 'The Aurora'

IBA Skills Development Program-CEE conducted a weekend online training program spanning over 3 weeks, titled "The Aurora" from September 5 to September 20, 2020. The program is a unique blend of skills required for new age managers. It is specially designed for executives who aspire to learn new skills, become a productive team member, and improve their work efficiency.

The program comprised of 6 important modules. (1) Developing Learning Mindset, (2) Unconscious Bias: From Awareness to Action, (3) To be or not be: Receiving and Responding to feedback in today's world, (4) Personal Excellence, (5) Workplace Harassment, & (6) Productivity x 14402. Mr. Mohsin Bhatti, certified trainer and management consultant conducted the programs. Twenty (20) participants from various fields attended this weekend training.
