A six-day customized training program on Monitoring and Evaluation was hosted by Center for Executive Educaion, IBA, Karachi for Government of Balochistan from December 17 to 22, 2018.

17 to 20 Grade Officers attended the training program. The participants were from different departments of Government of Balochistan including but not limited to Women Development Department, Secondary Education Department, Social Welfare Department, Irrigation Department, Services and General Administration Department, Health Department, and Planning and Development Department.

The program was focused to the different aspects of Monitoring and Evaluation for Results in Public Sector. The program was customized with a comprehensive Diagnostics Study before the program. This study involves Team CEE and Faculty meet-ups and focus groups and interviews.

In this program the professionals were introduced to the fundamentals of planning and carrying out program-based monitoring and evaluation. The program blended planning and management principles with skill-development related to study design and data collection and analysis. Participants came to the course with a project for which they can develop a monitoring and evaluation plan.
