Customized Training for MIDAS on Project Management - Framework and Tools

A five-day customized training program on Project Management - Framework and Tools was hosted by Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi for MIDAS Safety, October 14 to 18, 2019

20 participants from MIDAS Safety attended the training program. The participants were from different departments of MIDAS including but not limited to R&D, Maintenance, Production, Technical, Projects, and Quality departments.

The program was focused on the different aspects of Project Management. The program was customized with a comprehensive Diagnostics Study before the program. This study involves Team CEE and Faculty meet-ups. This program was structured to involve professionals in a multiple-session, cross-functional, interactive training format in which they acquired substantial awareness about the contents and relevant issues.
