A five-day customized training program on Project Preparation and Project Management
January 4 to 8, 2021: A five-day customized training program on Project Preparation and Project Management was hosted by Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi for Planning and Development Department, Ex-FATA, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, January 4 to 8, 2021 at the Marriott Hotel, Islamabad.
Grade 18 to 17 Officers attended the training program. The participants were from different departments of Merged Areas, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including but not limited to Planning and Development Department (Merged Areas), Agriculture, Minerals Department, Public Health Engineer Department, Directorate of Health, Sports Department, Transport Department, Population Welfare Department, Food Department, Excise & Taxation Department, and GPP Merged Areas.
The program was focused to the different aspects of Project Management and Preparation in Public Sector. The program was customized with a comprehensive Diagnostics Study before the program.
This program was structured to involve professionals in a multiple-session, cross-functional, interactive training format in which they acquired substantial awareness about the contents and relevant issues. The major focus was on the theme of comprehending strategic implications of various project decisions, and proposed strategies that professionals can implement in their job-positions.
