Workshop on People Analytics and Dashboards

Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA, Karachi, hosted a two-day workshop on "People Analytics and Dashboards," from October 17 - 18, 2019 at City Campus.

The training was designed to help HR professionals in analyzing key areas of HR Value Chain and creating insightful dashboards. Overall, the workshop was divided into two main parts. During the first half before lunch, participants learned the fundamentals of creating interesting and insightful HR dashboards through a robust framework of "Define, Collect, Analyze & Create". In the second half, they practiced and developed dashboards around complete HR Value Chain, creating insightful HR Dashboards based on some real-life interesting workplace scenarios and data.
