SEMINAR ON LEADERSHIP - with the Indian School of Business
Center of Executive Education (CEE) at IBA hosted a seminar on 'High Performance Leadership Skills' in joint collaboration with the Indian School of Business (ISB). This program was held on 08 September, 2015 at JS Auditorium, IBA City Campus. This seminar was conducted by Mr. Mitchell Watkins on the topic of 'Leading People through Change in Turbulent Times' and by Mr. Ramanathan Hariharan on the topic of 'Leadership Development in Turbulent Times'.
The seminar was attended by over 85 participants from the industry, students and faculty members. Some of these include:

Mitchell Watkins is a visiting faculty from the London Business School and has worked as a consultant with many companies in organization and management development for over thirty years. In recent years, he has undertaken consultancy assignments for Deloitte, Exxon, Shell International, Reed Elsevier, Diageo, Pfizer and Unilever. He has worked extensively in the UK and Mainland Europe as well as Malaysia, Brazil, Singapore, Mexico, Nigeria, Ghana, the United States and Australia. For the past ten years at the India School of Business he has taught successfully a number of public and bespoke programmes for Senior Managers of major Indian organizations.
Senior Director Ramanathan Hariharan heads the Centre for Execution Education (CEE) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), which focuses on continued education for top and senior level management professionals. As head of CEE, Ram oversees a portfolio of programs, both in open design and customized format. Under Ram's stewardship the Centre has consolidated its position as a leader in Executive Education space in India and has fostered partnership across geographies including Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Oman and Mauritius.
Ram has over 29 years of experience in strategy formulation, new business development, operations management and entrepreneurship in the context of learning and development. He was the Vice President in one of the largest training and consulting companies in India. Ram was also the founding Director and CEO of a boutique HR consulting firm prior to joining ISB in 2009 which focused on talent management, leadership development and performance management.
Ram holds a management degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is also certified in multiple assessment frameworks and has been coaching senior business leaders for many years. Ram strongly believes that Executive Education is a key catalyst for delivering superlative performance in the workplace and continues to focus on creating high-impact learning solutions that can influence business results.
