Transitional Managers Toolkit

July 18 - August 8, 2020: CEE SDP designed and conducted a 5 module online program specially designed for new managers & technical executives aspiring to step into management. The program provided a unique blend of the most important skills required for executives taking up management positions. It gave them an insight to the management world and case studies that indulged them to think like managers and team leads. Eight participants from different sector participated in this weekend program. The program comprised of 5 important modules. (1) Mindmax, (2) Unleash the world of Biases, (3) Managing Change, (4) Make Time for Success, & (5) Enhancing your performance during challenging time.
