Overview
In today's globalized world, effective business leadership requires you to have a holistic perspective of management, combing global best practices with local knowledge. The collaboration between ISB, India and IBA, Pakistan brings you this unique programme which provides perspectives on management from Indian, Pakistani and global viewpoints.
This programme has been specifically designed to address the business areas of critical concern for top leadership of emerging economies. The programme will address strategic issues that are important for todays global leaders including transformational leadership, effective financial management, core competencies and strategic innovation, business negotiation and creating customer-centric organisations.
This programme will also bring ISB's unique corporate-academic partnership of world-renowned faculty and business leaders, drawn from our unprecedented international corporate and academic network, to our classrooms. Our pedagogy encourages debate, discussion and information sharing among participants. Participant Profile
This programme has been designed for senior executives with at least fifteen years of management experience, who are in positions of decision-making and strategic responsibility. At, or close to, the top of their organisations, the likely job titles will be: CEO, CFO, COO, President, Managing Director, Vice-President, Regional Director, Country Manager, General Manager and Divisional Director.

Faculty
The programme faculty will comprise of leading faculty from global business schools as well as leading industry practitioners from Pakistan and India who will provide an on-the-ground perspective on business leadership

The program fees is PKR 950,000/- (Plus 5% Tax)
