September 14 - 5, 2021: Skills Development Program at the CEE conducted a two-day workshop for the senior managers of 1LINK on Managerial Communication Skills for Impact at IBA City Campus.
16 nominated participants from department of CIO, Risk Management & Corporate Affairs, and Shared Services attended the training. The workshop aimed to establish the importance of the "self" and its impact on organizational communication and strategies, and link personal skills to organizational needs and professional goals. Participants took part in interactive discussions during the workshops along with cases, role-plays, and activities, etc.
