The Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi, hosted a two-day customized training program on Public Sector Report Writing Skills for Government of Balochistan from November 14 to 15, 2019.
20 to 17 Grade Officers attended the training program. The participants were from different departments of Government of Balochistan including but not limited to Women Development Department, Secondary Education Department, Social Welfare Department, Irrigation Department, Services and General Administration Department, Health Department, and Planning and Development Department.
In this program the participants were taught professional written communication skills, enabling them to write well and enhance contributions in their respective establishments. Report writing is critical for all professionals in any organisation as reports drive decisions which ultimately drive business. This program increased their chances of advancement in a professional work environment as good written communication will help them in doing business and building good relationship with other organizations.
