IBA-CEE Hosted A three-day customized refresher training program on Monitoring Techniques
A three-day customized refresher training program on Monitoring Techniques was hosted by Center for Executive Education, IBA, Karachi for Government of Balochistan from November 11 to 13, 2019.
20 to 17 Grade Officers attended the training program. The participants were from different departments of the Government of Balochistan including but not limited to Women Development Department, Secondary Education Department, Social Welfare Department, Irrigation Department, Services and General Administration Department, Health Department, and Planning and Development Department.
This program was an extension of the six-day training program delivered to the same audience in December 2018 at IBA, Karachi. The program was focused to the different aspects of Monitoring and Evaluation for Results in Public Sector. The program was customized with a comprehensive Diagnostics Study before the program. This study involves Team CEE, Faculty meet-ups, focus groups & interviews.
In this program, professionals were introduced to the fundamentals of planning and carrying out program-based monitoring and evaluation. The program blended planning and management principles with skill-development related to study design and data collection and analysis. Participants came to the course with a project for which they can develop a monitoring and evaluation plan.
A wonderful experience with IBA CEE.
It was useful and most importantly the were very knowledge and dedicated to the cause of teaching.
