IBA-CEE wrapped up ASPIRE Program 2.0, a two-day executive development journey for Mobilink Bank covering teamwork and collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, financial acumen, strategic thinking, executive presence, and DEI. The program was capped off with a high-energy simulation activity and a sprint execution challenge, aimed at building the next generation of confident, capable leaders.
