IBA-CEE successfully conducted the IBA Ascend: Emerging Leaders Program from 24–28 November, 2025, at the City Campus, IBA Karachi, bringing together 18 participants for a transformative learning experience focused on leadership readiness, confidence, and strategic capability.
The program enabled participants to strengthen their ability to lead with clarity and purpose—enhancing decision-making, communication, team management, and resilience in dynamic organisational environments. They also explored practical leadership tools and real-world applications, preparing them to inspire teams, navigate uncertainty, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable organisational growth.
