IBA-CEE, under the Leadership Academy in collaboration with Oil and Gas Development Company Limited - OGDC, successfully hosted LEAP 20, a customized leadership development program designed for OGDCL’s Cohort 20 at National Institute of Banking and Finance Pakistan (NIBAF).
Held from May 11–22, 2026, the program delivered an engaging and immersive learning experience focused on leadership, strategic thinking, communication, management, and professional growth.
The sessions were facilitated by an accomplished panel of trainers and industry experts including Sharjeel Hasnie, Hilal Butt, Mohammad Kamran Mumtaz, Salman Shehzad, Syed Sajid Ali, and Nadeem Kureshi, who shared valuable insights and practical perspectives throughout the program.
