IBA-CEE successfully organized another exciting edition of the Leadership Bootcamp at the Civil Aviation Training Institute-CATI, Hyderabad, bringing together participants from multiple diploma programs for a day of learning, collaboration, and experiential activities.
The day began with welcome remarks by CATI Director, Sumair Saeed, followed by insightful leadership sessions led by Dr. Irum Saba and Furqan Hameed. Through interactive discussions, ice-breakers, and team-based challenges, participants explored leadership through teamwork, problem-solving, and reflection.
After a networking lunch, participants toured CATI’s advanced training facilities, including cockpit simulations, air traffic control demonstrations, and runway operations before wrapping up the day with engaging outdoor activities and giveaways from CATI.
