IBA-CEE brought together participants from across its diploma batches for an immersive Leadership Bootcamp at the Civil Aviation Training Institute-CATI, Hyderabad.
The day began with welcome remarks by CATI Director Sumair Saeed and IBA-CEE Director Mr. Kamran Bilgrami, followed by an engaging leadership session led by Mr. Abdul Samad Khan, Founder & CEO of The Youth Impact, Leadership Adventures.
Participants took part in ice-breakers and team challenges, setting the stage for a day of learning and collaboration. After a networking lunch, they toured CATI’s facilities, exploring cockpit simulations, air traffic control demos, and runway operations. Highlights included a water salute and a spirited scavenger hunt, adding energy and excitement to the experience. The bootcamp concluded with giveaways from CATI, wrapping up a day that blended leadership, learning, and lasting memories.
