IBA-CEE successfully conducted the Leadership Excellence Advancement Program (LEAP) – Batch 19 from October 27 to November 7, 2025, bringing together 30 participants for an intensive learning experience focused on developing leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, and organizational impact.
This two-week program equipped participants with essential tools to navigate complex business challenges, enhance decision-making, and lead with purpose and resilience.
The sessions were facilitated by distinguished trainers — Dr.Sana Aroos, Moied Sultan, Dr. Mohammad Asad Ilyas, Salman Shehzad, Amer Qureshi, and Dr. Nadeem Kureshi — who guided participants through interactive modules combining conceptual learning, reflection, and practical application.
