IBA-CEE successfully concluded a two-day workshop on Building Team Excellence, held on October 27–28, 2025, at the IBA City Campus, Karachi.
Led by Dr. Irum Saba, Associate Professor at IBA Karachi, the program brought together 18 participants for an immersive learning experience focused on enhancing managerial and leadership capabilities. Through interactive sessions and team-based exercises, participants explored best practices in communication, collaboration, and motivation, learning how to build cohesive teams and drive organizational success.
The workshop empowered managers to strengthen their leadership abilities, align strategies with institutional goals, and foster a positive work culture that enables teams to perform at their best.
