IBA-CEE x Telenor Pakistan | Code to Lead – RISE
A focused 2-Day Technology Academy designed to build leadership at the intersection of technology and business. Facilitated by Salman Shehzad, the program covered Team Building, Stakeholder Management, and a hands-on Business Lab Simulation, where participants presented their business cases to Telenor leadership.
Day 2 deepened the learning with Emotional Intelligence and Financial Management, followed by Agile & Scrum Project Management led by Dr. Muhammad Umer Alvi.
The program was inaugurated by Areej Khan (CPO) and Qurban Ali (VP), and concluded with closing remarks from Farhan Haider (VP Technology) and Tahira Khattak (VP HRBP).
