IBA-CEE successfully conducted a two-day customized training program for Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited – Module VII on November 13–14, 2025, bringing together 11 participants for an engaging and practical learning experience.
Led by Salman Shehzad, the training equipped participants with practical frameworks and essential tools to manage projects effectively and enhance organizational performance.
Through interactive discussions, real-world cases, and hands-on activities, participants strengthened their understanding of project planning, execution, and monitoring within today’s dynamic business environment—enabling them to drive greater efficiency and results in their respective roles.
